File Attachments and the Gallery

Attach booking confirmation screenshots and PDFs to plans, and browse the trip's photos together in the "Gallery".

To attach files to a plan

  1. In the plan form, open "Details".
  2. Under "Attached Files", choose files via "Drop files here or click to select". Drag and drop works too, and you can attach several files at once.
  3. Save with "Create" or "Update" to finalize the attachments.

Supported files are as follows ("Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, PDF", "Max 50MB").

  • Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP
  • Documents: PDF
  • Up to 50MB per file

Attach hotel and flight confirmations to their plans, and on the day of the trip you can check the booking just by opening the plan.

To delete an attachment

  1. Open "Attached Files" under "Details" in the plan's edit form.
  2. Press "Remove file" on the file, then save with "Update".

Deleting a plan also deletes its attachments.

To browse the Gallery

Open the "Gallery" tab of your travel plan to see every image attached to its plans, with a count like "12 photos".

  • Press a photo to enlarge it and browse with "Previous photo" and "Next photo". The enlarged view also shows which plan the photo belongs to.
  • With no images yet, you'll see "No photos yet" and "Add photos to your plans to see them here".

To add photos from the Gallery

You can also add photos directly, without opening a specific plan.

  • PC: press "Add photo", or drag images onto the page ("Drag and drop images here to upload").
  • Smartphone: use the add button at the bottom right and choose "Take a photo" or "Choose from library".

Multiple images can be uploaded at once. Only images can be added from the Gallery; register PDFs via plan attachments. Any member participating in the travel plan can add photos.

To download or delete Gallery photos

In the Gallery you can select multiple photos and download or delete them together.

  1. Press "Select" at the top right of the Gallery to enter selection mode (press "Cancel" to leave it).
  2. Press photos to select them. The number of selected photos, like "3 selected", is shown at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Press "Download" or "Delete" at the bottom of the screen.
  • Download: with one photo selected, the original file downloads as-is; with several, they download together as a ZIP file (photos.zip). Anyone who can view the Gallery can download.
  • Delete: confirm the dialog to delete the selected photos. Note that deleting a photo attached to a plan also removes it from that plan's attachments. Deleting is available to members participating in the travel plan.

To create a plan from an image

Booking confirmation screenshots can do more than sit as attachments — they can create plans. Press an empty slot on the timeline and pick "Create from image" (on smartphones, "Choose from library" or "Take a photo") from the "Choose how to add" sheet. The image is analyzed and the plan form opens pre-filled with dates, places, and more. Review, adjust, and save.
