1. Information We Collect
We collect and store the following. Account information: email address, display name, and authentication-related information (passwords are stored in encrypted form). Travel plan and plan information: travel plan titles, member names, dates, plans (schedule names, dates/times, memos, expenses, etc.), and metadata for attached files that you enter. Usage information: we may temporarily record session information for maintaining login state and device information (e.g., IP address, browser type) when you use the Service.
2. Purposes of Use
We use collected information to: provide and operate the Service (authentication, creating/editing/sharing travel plans, plan management, email notifications, etc.); analyze for service improvement (we may use it in anonymized or aggregated form); respond to inquiries and support; and comply with legal obligations. We also use it for other purposes set out in this policy.
3. Retention Period
We retain account information while the account exists and, after withdrawal, for as long as required by law. Travel plan and plan information is retained until the travel plan is deleted or until deletion in connection with account deletion. Logs and temporary usage information are deleted or anonymized after a certain period. We retain information for longer when required by law.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not provide personally identifiable information to third parties without your consent. Exceptions include: disclosure in response to legal process or official requests; when necessary to protect life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain consent; when especially necessary for public health or child welfare and it is difficult to obtain consent; and when we entrust data to service providers (e.g., cloud, hosting, email) to the extent necessary to provide the Service (under contracts that restrict handling).
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies for authentication and session management so that you can stay signed in and for security. We use cookies only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may prevent you from staying signed in or using some features.
