Terms of Service
Article 1 (Definitions)
"Service" means the web application for sharing and managing travel plans provided by the Company. "User" means any person who uses the Service. "Content" means travel plans, plans, text, images, and other data that users create or input on the Service.
Article 2 (Application and Consent)
These Terms set forth the conditions for use of the Service. Users shall use the Service in agreement with these Terms. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Article 3 (Registration and Account)
Some features of the Service require account creation (registration). You must keep the information provided at registration accurate and up to date. You are responsible for managing your account; the Company is not liable for damage due to password leakage or misuse. The Company may refuse registration or suspend or delete accounts if it determines that false registration, repeated violations, or similar has occurred.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not (1) violate laws or public order and morals, (2) infringe the rights, property, or privacy of the Company, other users, or third parties, (3) disrupt the operation, network, or systems of the Service, (4) engage in unauthorized access, tampering, destruction, or overloading, (5) copy, redistribute, or sell information obtained from the Service without the Company's permission, or (6) engage in any other conduct the Company deems inappropriate. The Company may take measures such as account suspension or deletion or content removal in case of violation.
Article 5 (Content and Intellectual Property)
Copyright in content created by users remains with the users, not the Company. However, users are deemed to grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use content to the extent necessary to provide, improve, and promote the Service (including reproduction, modification, and public transmission). Intellectual property rights in the Service name, logo, design, etc. belong to the Company.
Article 6 (Termination and Withdrawal)
Users may delete their account and withdraw from the Service at any time. Content that has already been shared may remain after withdrawal. The Company may suspend use, delete accounts, or terminate the agreement under these Terms without prior notice if there is a breach of the Terms or other just cause.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Service is provided "as is." The Company does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service. Except as required by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service (including indirect damages and lost profits) or for damages caused by other users or third parties. The Company does not warrant the accuracy of information shared or displayed on the Service.
Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change these Terms as needed. Changes will be notified by posting on the Service or by other appropriate means. The revised Terms take effect at the time of such posting or notification; use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, a reasonable notice period may be provided.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes relating to the Service shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. Any dispute between the Company and a user shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 10 (Language)
The Japanese version of these Terms is the authoritative text. Translations into other languages are for reference only; in the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese version and a translation, the Japanese version shall prevail.
